The State Class Lottery of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia announced that a winning ticket with the main cash prize of the Tourist Lottery in the amount of an incredible million dinars was drawn, and a lucky winner in Palanka, a small town in the provincial Serbia. Crown Prince Petar, as the patron of the Adriatic Guard, which launched the Tourist Lottery, personally congratulated the unknown winner and invited him to collect his prize at the Belgrade headquarters of the State Class Lottery. The only question is: Who is that winner? That question will suddenly turn the peaceful and serene life in Palanka upside down. Until recently, its citizens have been preoccupied with thoughts of the upcoming mayoral election, where they would choose between two candidates who turned their private quarrel into a political contest.
