The plot of the second season is about the events that followed two years later. Uroš, Marija and Vidan live as protected witnesses in the North of Europe and have no contact with Una. Una, who decided to stay and live in Belgrade with Luka, is taking care of the baby. They do not want to know if the child is Luka's or the biological father is one of the rapists. Luka extends the cocaine business, where he becomes the main person in the former Yugoslavia. Petrit enjoys the benefits of success achieved after arresting Dardan. He became the Head of the Intepol office for South-East Europe and lives outside Serbia. He married Vera, his love from his youth. Dardan is in the prison from which he was secretly leading the Clan, and which lost most of its market due to Ilir's expansion. Ilir has taken over the Sokolja clan and completely rules the Balkans. He switched to the cocaine business, and transportation from South America to Europe. He legalizes the money earned from the cocaine trade through investments in luxury hotels on the Adriatic Coast. His leading man in the Balkans is Luka. Driton had a series of surgeries that enabled him to speak again. He lives in Italy. After Skender's death, he returns to the Balkans to take over his father's business. Hashim's brother Ljah helps him in that, to redeem for his brother's sins but also to take revenge. In order pledge his loyalty, Ljah gives Driton information about Uroš Perić and his family. Driton's men assassinate the Perić family. Uroš is the only survivor. After serious coma, he recovers and leaves the hospital. He returns to the Balkans with the desire to take revenge for the death of his wife and son, although he has no indication who is actually behind all. He also wants to take revenge on Petrit, because he did not fulfill his promise when he guaranteed protection of his family. Driton, despite his father's ban, takes over the Berisha clan and starts negotiations with Ilir regarding the cocaine deal in Kosovo and Montenegro. After an investigation into the assassination of the Perić family, Petrit returns to the Balkans, which disrupts his until then idyllic relationship with his wife Vera.
