STORM is a film – a war drama told from the point of view of an ordinary man masterfully played by Jovo Maksić in the role of Ilija, whose only goal is to protect and preserve his family, ancestral home and the village where he grew up with his friends, who became his brothers in arms through force of circumstances, and whose life stories intertwine. Wanting to prevent further attacks on the village, where he almost lost his son Petar, Ilija forms a sabotage unit, with the aim of destroying the enemy's nest where the village is being attacked from. In that battle for survival, our heroes also fight their personal battles, and their families are forced to leave their homes and seek salvation in an endless column heading towards the motherland, towards Serbia.
