Ilija Srdich, his wife Ciga and their eleven sons face new challenges and troubles, in their desire to preserve their original, independent way of life in Belgrade's Bulbuder, as well as to save the survival of the common sports field after the collapse of their football ambitions. After the defeat in the last game, FK Bulbuder kicked out of all professional and amateur competitions, and Ilija sentenced to wear a leg brace due to tax debt. Ilija declares bankruptcy, a number of his sons-players are sold to other clubs at negligible prices, and he tries to bridge the current penury with the help of his tavern and a private football school that he opens for young talents. In the meantime, on Ilija's turf, he cast his eye on a powerful investor with a plan to build a large shopping center and chase away Srdić. Pinned against the wall, Ilija uses all legal and illegal means to retain ownership of the field, but also to fulfill the last wish of the deceased grandfather Drakchet: to bury him on the field and that no one moves his bones from that place. Ilija therefore decides that, in defense against a greedy investor, he will gradually protect his survival on Bulbulder by engaging his remaining sons in political parties in power and in the opposition, as well as in the underworld. This plan, however, does not go smoothly, because the sons' "careers" in world politics and crime develop in unpredictable ways, causing frequent family trades and hilarious conflicts.
