After a Serbian family living in Denmark kidnaps a child from its mother’s arms in Belgrade to take it to another country and use it for DNA testing, the series follows the dynamic pursuit of unraveling the mystery.

Ana, a young woman of Serbian origin, lives in Denmark with her father, Darko. Her peaceful life turns into a nightmare when she discovers she is pregnant with Markus, a powerful businessman for whom she worked as a housekeeper. When Markus learns of Ana's pregnancy, he questions whether the child is his. Markus turns into a predator with a clear goal—to take the child if it proves to be his. Ana is determined to keep the baby at all costs, and her father, Darko, supports her.
