The Challenge - season 2 is a contemporary sitcom-drama set in present-day Belgrade. Across a series of episodes, it follows the lives of Aleksa, Sara, Flora, Marko, Cvetko, Dagmar, Zubarka, the Investor, and many others, all caught in highly awkward yet deeply humorous life situations.
The story unfolds across recognizable urban locations - apartments, offices, parking lots, bridges, cafés, SPA centers, and workplaces - where everyday moments spiral into unexpected chaos.
Love triangles, infidelity, business opportunities, money, and modern phenomena such as artificial intelligence and “role-switching” drive fast-paced, situational, and distinctly comedic plots. The humor stems from character, misunderstandings, and mentality, infused with the unmistakable rhythm and language of Belgrade.
The characters are loud, flawed, emotional, and often trapped in their own contradictions. Beneath the comedy lie deeper questions of relationships, identity, and contemporary life.
In its second season, The Challenge presents Belgrade as a city where everyday life constantly turns into comedy.
